Manual focus telephoto zoom lens made for F-mount SLR cameras by Nikon. It was part of Nikon's E-series of lenses intended for budget-conscious photographers and was Nikon's first 75-150mm lens. Early versions have silver accents, later ones have black accents. The lens has the AI ridge and AI-S indent but lacks the bunny ear metering prongs. It will meter properly on most manual Nikon SLRs, excluding the F, F2, and Nikkormat cameras. Metal body available in black.
