Overview:

TomTom's GO 720 portable navigator provides precision navigation and gives you an unprecedented level of customization. Follow your route on its bright, clear 4.3" widescreen display as the voice prompts lead the way. Text-to-speech technology means you'll hear actual street names announced at turns, and you can even record your own voice to deliver the basic prompts.

Stay connected
Bluetooth wireless technology allows you to make and receive hands-free calls with a compatible phone. If your phone also features GPRS data processing, you can use it to receive updated traffic information through TomTom's subscription-based PLUS service. Your navigator can call for driver assistance, or direct you to the nearest hospital, police station, or mechanic. You can also upgrade with an optional RDS traffic-info receiver to get up-to-date reports on congestion along your route.

Keep your maps accurate
Has a street in your area changed direction or been renamed recently? TomTom's MapShare software lets you eliminate inaccuracies in the built-in maps of the U.S. and Canada right now, instead of waiting for the next map update. Edit speed limits, points of interest, and more right from your computer — you can report the error directly to TomTom and choose to have it shared with other TomTom users. TomTom will verify all changes and let you import fixes made by others to your GO 720.

Audio options
You can play MP3 tracks you've loaded on an SD card through the GO 720, while an optional cable from TomTom allows you to see, select, and play songs from your iPod®. A built-in FM transmitter broadcasts your music, and voice prompts over your car's stereo. TomTom's included HOME software lets you plan trips and keep in touch with other TomTom users.
